You don’t see the wall as a single form—you recognize it through what remains of it. The surface breaks into fragments, layers, and quiet interruptions, as if everything that has ever been brought here never fully disappeared, but settled into the space in pieces. Nothing is clearly defined, and yet nothing feels lost. The figures gather along the lower edge, small and continuous, holding a presence that anchors the image without controlling it. Above them, the wall no longer stands as structure, but as memory—something built from moments that cannot be separated from one another. There is no single story and no clear point to hold onto, only the accumulation of everything that has been said, felt, and left behind over time. What appears fragmented is not broken—it is layered, carrying depth that cannot be reduced to a single image. This is not the Kotel as it is seen, but as it is remembered, where every fragment holds something that was never meant to disappear.
