A movement that cuts through the surface—
where rhythm shifts from contained to released.
*Chassidim – Breaking the Stillness* captures a moment where the structure of repetition gives way to intensity. Created in Jerusalem, the work focuses on a transition—where movement no longer follows a measured cycle, but accelerates and expands.
Three figures turn within the composition, their gestures sharper, less restrained. Arms rise higher, coats extend further, and the alignment between them loosens. The motion is no longer even—it pushes outward.
A field of warm red and earth tones enters the surface, breaking the cool balance seen elsewhere in the series. These tones do not sit behind the figures—they move with them, amplifying the sense of force and direction.
The background shifts from neutral support to active presence, carrying the movement rather than containing it.
There is no pause here—only momentum.
As a one-of-a-kind original, this piece introduces intensity and contrast into a space. It often becomes a striking focal point—bringing energy, movement, and a sense of release into a refined interior.
